Admissions Process
*We currently have a very long waitlist and very few available spaces. Signing up for our waitlist does not guarantee admission even if you sign up when you are gestating.*
Priority access is granted to the following:
Siblings of current DVMS/Strata students.
Families that have participated in our programming (parent-infant classes, parent preparation courses, parent engagement workshops, etc.). Register now for our Winter sessions. Priority goes in this order: 1. Parent-child classes, 2. Parent preparation course, 3. parent engagement workshop, 4. parent-child music classes.
Prior experience in Montessori learning environments.
We access our waitlist to fill all remaining spots based on what ages we need to balance our class enrollment.
YCC intake is in September and January. All other levels intake in September only.
We are a part of the CWELCC funding agreement. It is our expectation, however, that you remain at DVMS/Strata through to grade 10.*
Step by Step: How to Join DVMS
Fill out our waitlist Application Form above.
We will notify you if/when a space becomes available.
After we contact you, you then come in for a tour and observation/classroom visit.
For all children applying to 2nd year Casa and above we will schedule a time for you to do a classroom visit prior to enrolment.
After you’re offered a spot, you complete the enrolment package and pay your enrolment fee.
Our waitlist is very long for all of our programs for children under 6. Once on the waitlist you will receive bi-annual updates of your position and our enrolment situation.
